I told you I was going through a sparkling red wine craze! I tried this Sparkling Shiraz on the weekend at the Harris 15 year celebrations. It was so good we had to buy a bottle for $39 to take home and consume straight away.
It's a deep garnet red on the eye with a steady stream of bubbles. There's black forest chocolate on the nose with a sprinkling of fresh black pepper. Fresh and fruity on the palate with flavours of cherries and blackberries. It has a soft mouthfeel, with a fruit forward personality and quite simply it's down right tasty. I could easily drink it all night long. Plus it went down absolutely lovely with our spaghetti bol!
