In my cellar for 10 years, I'm finally cracking it open. Black fruit, dark chocolate, wafts of tobacco, minerals, graphite, with just enough heat to catch on fire. It's nice and creamy, balanced but with a gentle spike down the pipe. It lingers nicely, but not with over powering chalk. All told, it could be more complex, it could be richer. It's a nice wine, but probably wasn't worth the 10 year wait.
