I’ve had this a couple times now and notes are consistent. Really enjoy this style...touch “oxidative” with yeasty and caramelized nougat notes. Very tart initially before some lemon zest and clementine cake appeared. Seems like there is Reserve wine in it. Not sure of price, but this is quite enjoyable. I called this older NV champagne.

Quite fruit forward at first which made me wonder domestic, but lovely yeasty notes and persistent bubbles led me to France. Very nice.

High acid, bright BDB. I haven't fully connected with 2010's, but this really opened up to show depth and texture throughout the evening.
