Fantastic. Beautiful acidity still present. Plum on the nose. Cranberry. Fig. A bit of menthol. Stone. Almost reminiscent of a brunello maybe? It's opening and transforming at an Olympic pace.. Great spice on the palate. White pepper. And a subtle vanilla finish.
