Quite opaque dark in glass. Fennel- floor forest and butcher shop aroma when nosed. Chalky dark cherry medium tannin fruity taste which lingers and lingers. I will wait to drink my next bottle. Already good, but soon to be wonderful... that’s my prediction! Nearly a “9” now, but movin’ on up, methinks, to 9.4 or more in a year or two!!
