Insane. Complex, challenging, intellectual, layered and just sooooooo long. The savoury grip is what makes this special.

Very similar to the Forager - which makes sense given same winemaker and natural ferment. Really racy and full of life. Tight at first but opened up beautifully to show round, spicy fruit with some salinity, forest, and floral notes. Good grip giving long finish. Age worthy.
