They say hold 5-7 years, and I’m telling you that this wine is still perfection. Wish I had another bottle. Aged perfectly and ever so smooth. Enjoyed June 2021

Nice acidity with notes of black cherry. We've held onto this bottle for a few years, it's a getting toward the end of its run, but worth the wait.

Nice blend from Texas. Acidic, with plenty of red fruit in particular with raspberry and sour cherry. Some licorice, currant and cedar.

Good wine. Under developed. Couple years to smooth it out. Acidic somewhat sharp. Powerful red.

Texas wine. Enjoyed it more when I tasted it at their tasting room. Not a lot to balance out the striking acidity and tobacco notes.
