Dark ruby in color with a wide reddish rim.

Red and blue fruits on the nose with light cedar, earth, herbs, chocolates, black pepper, tobacco leaf and spices.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with black currants, plums, cherries, light oak, spices, chocolates, dark coffee, herbs, tobacco leaf, black tea, earth and peppercorn.

Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.

This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Stags Leap District in Napa Valley. Rich and fruit forward. Elegant and nicely balanced. Complex and engaging.

Good right out of the bottle, and better after an hour in the decanter.

Already drinking beautifully as a 4 year old, and will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years.

A good sipping wine that will also pair nicely with a big piece of steak.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were aged for 22 months in (50% new) French Oak barrels.
