Off-the-wall Blanc de Blancs face off.
South Africa vs New Mexico.
Graham Beck's 2011 Premier Cuvée comes from the best blocks in Robertson with half being fermented in barrel. Baked Granny Smith's, toasted almond, and a yeast component that resembles something from the origin of the méthode. Excellent finish that has depth and complexity, while still being bone dry.

Creamy and fresh with hints of pears and caramel. Refreshing MCC, one to drink over and over again.
