Paleokerisio Traditional Semi-sparkling Ioannina Orange

Glinavos has helped me to solve the conundrum and it resides in an obscure bottle of “semi-sparkling” orange wine from a rugged mountainous region in Greece... Paliokerisio! The perfect color for a fall table. A Tiny little bubble. Very distinctive nose of pumpkin spice... yes, nutmeg- cinnamon and allspice. Enough acid to combat the gravy and ever so slightly sweet.
