Not quite what delectable says--this is quarter cask, pretty hard to find here at least in Scotland--matured in quarter sized barrels to increase surface area exposure--out of this world--I thought the millennium release was incredible, this has it beat--honey, malt, rounded, dry sherry exceptional finish
