This guy is a bit young still - will be interesting to see what happens in a few years. Bright raspberry at the start - which evolved to cherry, red plum and said raspberry. Needs some time in the bottle to develop. Paired this up with orechetti with spigarello, roasted Romano beans and a caprese salad at home. Purchased at Moore Bros. in Manhattan.
