Blind tasting night - sauvignon blanc theme - this was a vintage of fume blanc that confused me a bit due to its lack in complexity I'm used to... very light on its feet, with a tropical nuance. The acid was high, but not quite NZ juicy, which is where I guessed this wine was from... good but not what I remembered wines from this producer to be.

Clear pale straw, apple and pear aromas, hint of linden flower, crisp acidity with mineral notes. Excellent Loire Sauvignon Blanc 😊
