以前に飲んだキュベと比べると幾分かボリューム感が増した感じ。
それでも旨味があって、トマトのような青さ、酸味。細やかで心地よいタンニン。アフターにじわじわと旨味。
ざる蕎麦に合わせたら、タンニンだけチグハグな感じがしたので、つゆにオリーブオイルを少し。タンニンがまろやかになって、なかなか面白いマリアージュだった。

Light but fruity with some good body- works with red, meaty pastas and white wine based ones. Really delicious- low tannin!
