The nose was wonderfully fresh with bright cherry, savory herbs, rosy florals, and crushed stone minerality. On the palate, I found juicy textures with vibrant tart cherry, saline-minerals and zesty spice. It finished fresh with saturating red fruits offset by brisk acidity and hints of spice. Yum!

Un buon Nebbiolo ma non mi ha colpito particolarmente, forse l'abbinamento con il risotto non era nelle mie corde. Una particolarità: il tappo; in vetro anziché il classico in sughero. Un applauso ai primi produttori che cercano soluzioni alternative al sughero. #fumawine #nebbiolo #italianwines #glasscork #piemonte
