Cedar bark, black cherry, forest berries and clay. Soft mouthfeel, creamy, red berries and licorice... transitions into bright acidity before tobacco and dark fruits on the finish. Solid length and complexity, bright fruit with rustic charm. Stainless ferment then 12 months in barrique. Food wine - paired with blackened, cedar smoked salmon.
