Its pale its light much like the strawberry flavors it exhibits, interesting, but not dynamic

Pale gold with subtle pink. Floral and citrus aroma. Grapefruit mostly and lemon pith. Light body of high acid and extra dry. Finish is short and lemony and overall is watery, tart, and refreshing. Begs for another sip on a hot day but otherwise a bit like chewing on lemon grass. Pair with charcuterie or tortilla chips.

Refreshing, so pale you think it's white.

Far too easy to drink. A nice soft finish after a crisp and refreshing opening.
