Clear, medium ruby; clean with a medium aroma intensity; primary and secondary aromas on the nose: cherries, dried herbs, and leather; dry; high acidity; medium tannins; medium alcohol; medium flavor intensity; primary and secondary flavors of raspberries, blackberries, baking spices, and fresh asphalt; and a long finish. This wine is complex, with good intensity and a long finish. I'll take some points off for it being a little off balance. Overall, I would rate this wine as very good.
