Interesting, almost semi-carbonic notes on this one but still full of fruit/structure

Unique. Vajra produces high quality Barolo with nebbiolo grapes. This gem is made from nebbiolo but it is a different expression. Clare J.C. is lighter in body and it has some frizzante. Can even be served with a light chill as I did on an unseasonably warm day. Surprisingly persistent strawberries and raspberries, minerality, herbs, citrus and licorice. Kinda reminds me of lambrusco. Different but loveable

Old school Nebbiolo. Lighter and less tannic then expected. Chillable, summer red.
