Solid cab. Not the best GARGIULO I’ve ever had but I wouldn’t kick it out if bed for eating crackers. The Company with whom we enjoyed it made it a 10! Nothing like killing a 3L with badass friends 👍🤜🙌👏👏👏

Aged beautifully. Primary black and red cherry and currants fruit still vibrant with fig cedar tobacco espresso dark chocolate showing. Tannins softened but perceptible. Aroma pronounced. Deep ruby still.

Very similar to prior note. 1hr+ decant. Dark red color with purple hues. Big Italian influence. Not all that bold or deep. Lovely texture.

PnP. This was awesome! Dark red color. Similar to previous notes but deeper and more complex. Needed a bit to open up and then matured into an Amarone like Cab. Dark cherries, hints of oak and chocolate, and great balance between sweetness and tannins. Medium plus finish. Loved it!

Happy Father’s Day! PnP’d. Very similar to previous notes. Very enjoyable but restrained on the nose and palate. Lovely texture and depth. Amarone characteristics.

PnP’d. Very robust nose of flowers and some vanilla. I smelled this the minute the cork came out. Lovely texture and very complex. Chocolate, vanilla, and cherries; some Amarone characteristics. Medium plus finish.

...sitting with the Consigliere and Rane... Mikey UIT gave me a big preview on this bottle... These guys may be down the block from Screaming Eagle, but this tastes just like a bottle of Caymus 40th Anniversary... Now I like the Caymus, but like the Don in Casino; this could have been "a little better."
