Still bright red cherry with a little amber. Translucent and delicate in the glass. High pitched nose of rose petals, anise and cherry. In the mouth its mellow age shows in the first few sips but the intensity builds over 4 hour. Medium finish. Nice performance.

Passed its best, unfortunately. Could be due to unideal cellaring conditions. Stripped of all primary fruits with an abundance of leather and dark spice.
