Monograph Moschofilero

I've had a few of these Moschofilero that had a silky, waxy mouthfeel but this was bracing, nervy - super acidic fresh crisp & clean. Nose was floral and citrus, palate was 7-Up, green apple, mineral, musky element but really just all kinds of racy. Finish is very dry - opened as aperitif but better with lite fare, mediterranean appetizers, etc
