Deep garnet red. Nose is coated in cherries, a touch herbaceous and a little bit of cinnamon. Moderate tannins (5/10) and medium bodied. A little simple on the palate with green peppers and red berries. Quite a bit of acidity. Gravel in the medium finish. Drink now.

Excellent! Well balanced. Paired with a couple of good steaks. It doesn’t get much better.

Tried it once through the aerator, but prefer it straight from the bottle, the aerator lightened it up and it lost a bit of the flavor. Still debating, but I may like the TRIM better :o
