Slightly disappointed with he effervesce of this wine when first opened . After 30 minutes of settling that went away and opens a nice mineral slate and stone fruit nose that was also displayed on the palate. Honey ,dates , apricot, slate and mineral dominated this bone dry and brightly acidic monster of a Riesling.
