Sans Sucre Absinthe

Fairly light, but more complex than the clear, first bottle I tried. Not just anise. Did not put sugar in.

Absinthe. Too much anise for me.

One of the best Absinthes I've had. Strong and delicate flavors simultaneously. Smooth. Went well with white sugar cubes and dark brown sugar.
