My first malbec from France. My first wine from Franche-Comte. Another surprisingly good wine from Lidl. And it was very cheap. But good. Maybe the nose was poor but the fruity palate (a cherry) was delightful. And combined with a vanilla. And the finish was deep, bitter and chocolate with strong pepper. Nice, very nice. For this price: a masterpiece. :)
