A little on the sweet side. Mixed really well into a Negroni sbagliato! Does pair well on its own with a nutty cheese like Comte

Light gold sparkling. Yeast and yellow fruit on nose. More of the same on the palate. Good bit of acidity, balanced with yellow fruit and toast. Has an interesting banana note.
