Roussette du Bugey-Montagnieu Altesse

Too young, but great wine. Fresh, crisp, Nice fruit with acidity. Will need to age a bit.

2013 vintage. Very dry, understated, med-body, sensible with the Central Kitchen menu.

Mineral-driven. If there was a poprocks of limestone and green apple, this would be it. Green apple, pear, lemon peel, wet limestone, paired well with the local tomato gazpacho and the cheese plate.
