The body is rich, layered and full. Tiny micro bubbles, touch of oxygenation. Sour lemons, sour green apple, golden apple, apple cider, overripe pineapple, grapefruit with pith, lime, bruised Bosc pear, almond slivers, cream soda, brioche, sea shells, saline, volcanic minerals with yellow lilies and spring flowers. The acidity is lively. The finish is rich, nicely balanced, well polished and lasts minutes.
