
The Walla Walla Cabernet is a blend of 88% Cabernet from(Minnick Hillls, Pepper Bridge, Birch Creek), 8% Merlot (Minnick Hillls, Pepper Bridge) and Petit Verdot (Dionysus Vineyards). On the nose, blackberries, dark cherries, blue fruit hues, black raspberries, sage & lavender. On the palate M body & M+ tannins. Huckleberry, blueberry, blackberries, black plum, dark cherries, dark chocolate, warm spices, lavender, brilliant acidity and a round, fresh fruit finish.
