Ripasso Valpolicella Classico Superiore Corvina Blend
Valpolicella, Verona, Veneto, Italy
Corvina Blend
Top Notes For
Nothing special. Not offensive though. Tastes more like a good Valpolicella than a Ripasso. Lacks character and complexity.

To know surprise pairs well with Cuisine of Northern Italy...we had it with Mushroom Risotto and a simple baked breaded chicken. Do not throw by the wayside...it's all in the pairing☺
