Slightly disappointed given the recent good run I’ve had with Fleury. Light stone fruit and crisp acidity on the finish. No real depth vs some of the other cuvées I’ve recently enjoyed.

Still feels rich despite being brut nature. Cinnamon, red apples and creme brûlée come out in the nose. No dosage but has amazing texture and mouthfeel lingering!
