This wine is NOT made in an oxidative style whatsoever. It is made in amphora and it's a hands-off style but that only adds to its mystique. No skin contact, no weird EA, perfectly fresh. Having stated that it's not the most complex white wine, but it is very enjoyable, refreshing and beautifully balanced.... very good with roast chicken and artichokes w/ lemon & pepper

Fresh. Not super complex but incredible balance. Lingering finish. Would drink again for sure. Not oxidative.

Perfect summertime white. A touch of herbs on the nose, bright and crisp on the palate. Has a melon note on the back of the palate. Doesn't last long with pesto & vegetable pasta.
