Very solid Tempranillo with medium body and rich dark fruit aromatics. Not very deep in extraction. Can be used with typical tapas dishes and not over power most mild dishes. This is an early drinking bottle. Worth a try.👀

All black fruit and tobacco on the nose. The palate is again about that black fruit, a very nice backbone of oak, leather, and a fine dose of tannin. Still a bit closed, but the dryness here would pair great with the right cut of fatty beef or a Greek roast lamb dish. I like it. Not a ton of subtle flavors to pick out here, but this is one of those wines that would be welcome on one of those restaurant wine lists that categorizes their offerings by style. Young, brave, and dry.
