Happy Valentines at Marea! A bit Christmas Tree tannin bomb, but it killed with the octopus and marrow fusilli.

First, tasted in 2016, next - in 2018. Now it’s fully mature with ripe, silky and rounded tannins. Awesome! Raised rating to 9.3 from 9.0

Very full-bodied and lingers on the tongue. Good for sipping with a cheese plate.

I did not enjoy this wine. I would be willing to try again, because the glass tasted oxidized. Really tight and tart. Cheers!!
