Purchased to test a Southern Italian dish for my cookbook - Spaghetti with Mussels and Cherry Tomatoes. Dish was excellent, but had plenty of wine left. Had a bit of a mineraly taste. Improved as it sat and got some air. Nice flavor - sorry, not sure how to describe it.
