Anise, potting soil, violets and sour blackberries on the nose and in the mouth. Medium acidity, medium tannins, warm alcohol. Nice!

A little too much Brett to start out with, but it blew off after an hour or so. Still, would’ve been nice for it to not be so overwhelming. Once the Brett blew off it turned into a really nice wine.

Large difference from bottle to bottle but tasty. Needs some aging.
