Great offer at gdo: about 8€! Intense spume. Fast and small perlage. Bread & yeasts parfumes with hints of apples. The first sip is not perfectly pleasant due to strong acidity. Then it's better and it's enjoyable, with flavours of green apple, citrus but also some almond note and bread crust. It should be paired correctly with food considering its vivid acidity. I tried it with "bruschetta" (with a good tuscan olive oil) and Sorana beans. Great for the price!
