Ferrari-Carano was my introduction to upscale Cabernets. Though it came from an off year in Napa vintage-wise, this aged beautifully, and had a lot more fruit present than expected. We did a side by side with an 06 Merryvale, and the 3 extra years of age was immediately noticeable. Always a great, classy bottle to gift.
