The vanilla and currants pull through on the palate with some coffee and underbrush lingering in the backdrop. The finish has some good heft and medium-heavy tannins - so this one can go at least another 8-10 without a problem (2023-2025).

Great food wine. Not so complex as Bea, but juicy and well put together, with modest tannin.

Terrific producer. The 12 is very young, powerful, just about approachable, another good Antano bottle.
