Spectacular palate with length, complexity and purity, rounder and more opulent, with terrific complexity and length, salty and mineral finish. So pure. NO ML.

Old old old vines here. 85-115. Nose is all alpine. Flowers, green apples, apple pie, mineral and the freshest mountain air one can believe. Freshly wet hay. Snow capped pine trees. Wonderfully pure. Palate is wow. Dense, tactile and juicy with just awesome density and depth. Old vine sap for days. Terrific purity and structure. So long. So grippy. Stunning. Finish is miles long. 1er Cru white burg level.

Subdued aromatics but terrific depth, density, & complexity of the palate. Slate/lemon accord, florals, bitter pith.

Nose has sweet minerals.

Palate is fresh apple. Very mineral. Some mountain stream. As this opens it adds richness and complexity. Extremely sprightly. Some lovely mild chalkiness.

Great change of pace wine. Im having with Chinese comfort food. Singapore chow mei fun.

Floral nose. Opening gushes like a mountain stream, great acidity. More florals, mineral, spring water, slight medicinal note, fresh honey, mouth-coating finish. Lovely work.
