This is for Faccoli Lorenzo Brut. Pale straw. Fresh lemon zest, green apple, apricot, and yellow peach. Relatively low levels of yeasty characters. Sweet apples on the finish. Medium- acidity, intensity and finish. 60/20/20 Chard/PN/PB. 18 months on lees. 6g/L dosage.
