Seven Springs Vineyard Gamay Noir

Last years model was a bit more complete.

A nice Gamay. Violets, smoke, manure, clove, tilled earth, cherries, underripe plums. Vibrant acidity.

Very aromatic, fresh black cherry and an earthy almost charcoal quality. Low tannin and high acid make it a great afternoon sipper =)

Fantastic. Light, airy, fruit forward with depth added by a perfect amount of floral undertones. Refreshing. Lovely mouthfeel and finish.
