Over extracted and lacks balance. 14.3% abv. On the nose: confected strawberry, and cherry liqueur with some woodsmoke. On the palate, soft acidity, but heady, with dark plum liqueur and bitter herbs. A bit flabby on the finish, which is suprisingly hot and shows its alcohol. This is below meh.

V16. Nice. Soft, white pepper and smoke nose. Juicy blackberry and black cherry fruit. Slightly tart, mocha and black pepper finish. Definite food wine
