Basically just a burgundy in disguise.

Smooth thick not too fruity and very drinkable. Would buy again. Maybe blueberry floral and smoky? Perfect complex combination flavor however it's described.

This bottle was dumb or perhaps, my palate was just shot by the time I got to it. There just was not much to the nose at all, very closed. I did pick up a little light smoke, light earth and light red fruit. On the palate: red fruit, little pomegranate. As far as wine making style, very fine and very precise.

A touch too austere, but seems to relax a little after an hour (or maybe that's me doing the relaxing). Kirsch, walnut skin, citrus peel, and wet stone, with a dry, almost antiseptically clean finish.

Dark ruby color, medium body with brute acidity, hints five-part petal, red cherry, heavy toast with a short finish. This wine would likely pair well with all kinds of food
