Wow! Everything I love about Carneros in a bottle. Medium bodied, earthy and spiced with a bright core of red fruit and nice acidity. And a solid QPR at $34 to boot.

Dark ruby in color with excellent nodes of blueberry and spice on the nose. Very fruit forward with solid tastes of blueberry, blackberry and cinnamon wrapped up in an elegant package. Hints of vanilla also come thru and the wine is very nicely balanced. A nice surprise to find a Pinot this big from Carneros.

Nice, smooth, well balanced with real earth in the finish. Not a typical Cali Pinot that tastes like jam.
Really nice and easy to drink. Great price too!

Blend of 4 different soils types within Grace Benoist Ranch. Most of the 2012 is from the stony loam soils of Deer Camp vineyard.
