2009 tasted of apple rings, oxidated fruit and oak. Super effervescent, has a boozy quality, so I’m guessing it’s aged in a calvados barrel. Drinking beautifully in 2018.

Light gold color, aromas of barnyard, caramel, apple skins. Fresh/ripe apple, and caramel flavors. Nice finish fairly tart with a full body.
