2010 is obviously past this wines time! Not doing so well!

Magnum, bitches. Night is going downhill fast. And I decide to post to Delectable. Delicious zero and could drink this every day for the rest of my life.

Serve cool NOT cold to make the acid POP.
My guys say.... Lighter bodied dry white. Drinks reminiscent of a fine) fino sherry with a light briney nutty flavor (salted nutz? :) and a squeeze of lemon. Roasted fish, octopus, saganaki.

This has matured into an elegant rich complex wine! Amazing and distinctive! Soft subtle stone fruits! High acidity but softer than years earlier.

Tasted in 2014: Strong limestone notes with pronounced toasted pine nut aromas. Delicious finish.

Delicious white pech, honey, white flower, fresh green apple, lemon on the nose. Bit concentrated than 14 but still in bright side. Complex aroma. Med body, med p acid, silky smooth texture covered my palate. Dry minerality and sage savory herbal finish on the back. Perfect oyster wine, med plus finish of complex white peach and minerality. Yum. Very elegant
