Jan 17th, 2016Great bottle, and it feels like it's barely aged a day. Saturating pitch-black fruit with that piercing acidity, both of which define the house style for me here though I'm surprised it hasn't developed more in the last decade+. It actually did start out more meaty and spicy but the primary fruit came back to the fore as it sat in the glass.
