The bouquet is incredible on this wine. Huge cedar note, with deep dark chocolate and spice in the nose. Finish is big and long. Palate is filled with the same notes from the bouquet. My maiden voyage with epoch and it is quickly rising to the top of my list.... tannin structure on this wine is elegant, complex and very present.

The authenticity did wonders with the 2012 varietal - hints of cocoa and cassis with ripe fruit and tannins.
